What you type on a practice call

The label at the top of the call says which customer you got. With the live AI customer, the call so far, including everything you type, passes through our server to Anthropic, which writes the caller's next line and scores your last reply. Anthropic handles it under its commercial terms.

Our app does not store transcripts. Your scorecard exists only in your browser and is gone when you leave the page. Once the label says "Scripted customer", your replies stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere.

Please don't type real customer names, account numbers or other real details into a call. Make them up.

The counters behind our limits

To keep the live customer affordable, we limit how many replies each visitor can send. To count them we store a hash of your IP address and the date, never the address itself, with a running count. These counters are kept in a Cloudflare database and expire after about 2 days. We also count total replies per day, which identifies nobody.

Cookies and browser storage

Our app sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. There is no advertising code on this site.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts the site and sees each request, including your IP address, as any host does. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Anthropic generates the live customer's replies, as described above. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser asks Google for them and Google sees your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.

If you email us or run a pilot

We keep your emails and what you send us so we can reply and run your pilot. For a pilot, describe the calls that hurt or send anonymized examples. Please don't send us real customer details.

For a pilot, we store only what we need to report: a name or an ID you choose, the scenario, the score, the skills marked and the date. We don't store transcripts. Unless you opt out, we can also use de-identified scenario patterns and aggregate scores, not attributed to you or to any individual person, to improve our scenarios and scoring. We won't use your name or results publicly without your written permission. To opt out, write to [email protected]. It has no effect on your pilot, price or refund.

Questions or deletion

Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Since our app stores no transcripts, that will usually just be your emails with us and, for a pilot, the results above.
