The terms, without the fog.
The practice call and the $499 pilot, in plain words.
Who you're dealing with
These terms are between you and Prateek Singhal (sole proprietor), the business behind RudeAI. Questions go to [email protected]. Using the site or running a pilot means you accept them.
The practice call
The call on this site is free and needs no signup. It is practice with made-up callers. It has usage limits, and it can switch to the scripted customer at any time. Please don't type real customer details into it, and don't try to break it or misuse it.
The pilot
- $499 for a 30-day pilot.
- Up to 25 people practice, in a browser, typing.
- We build scenarios from the calls you describe or the anonymized examples you send.
- There is no annual contract, and the pilot does not renew by itself. Anything after it, we agree separately.
- We confirm the start date and how you pay by email before the pilot starts.
The refund
Full refund if fewer than half your team completes a practice call. Your team means the people you put in the pilot. To ask for the refund, write to [email protected].
Your material and ours
What you send us stays yours. You let us use it to build and run your scenarios, and you confirm you are allowed to share it. Please don't send real customer details. The simulator and everything else on this site stay ours.
For a pilot, unless you opt out, we can also use two things during and after the pilot, only to improve our scenarios and scoring: de-identified scenario patterns, meaning the types of difficult calls, with no customer, client or company names and no real customer details; and aggregate scores, not attributed to you or to any individual person who practiced.
We won't use your name or your results publicly without your written permission. You can opt out at any time by writing to [email protected], with no effect on your pilot, price or refund. Opting out stops further use, but we can't separate what has already been combined with other data. Your contracts with your own clients may limit this, so if they do, or you aren't sure, please opt out.
What this is not
The callers and the scores come from software, including AI, and they can be wrong. Treat a scorecard as a training aid, not as the only basis for a hiring or employment decision. The service is provided as it is, without promises about results.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the pilot. Nothing here removes rights the law does not let us remove.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date on this page when we do. Changes don't affect a pilot you have already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
